Jerry Schwartz is a professional tattoo artist originally from Newport, Rhode Island. He went to Johnson & Wales College and graduated with a B.S. in Restaurant Management in 1989. In 1992 he began his career in tattooing, having shops in RI and Mass. from 1993-2003 and Orlando Florida from 2003-2005. After the 4 hurricanes hit Florida he transferred ownership of his shop and went to work for another company in Orlando. In October 2006 he relocated to Las Vegas Nevada to chase down his dream of becoming a professional poker player. He has been professionally licensed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Florida and Nevada, having owned shops in 3 states over the last 15 years. He appeared in the 1997 movie "Amistad" which was directed by Steven Spielberg and was nominated for 4 academy awards. He enjoys rock & roll music, photography, traveling and poker.
